In the event of severe weather conditions, such as heavy snowfall or hazardous road conditions, we may need to reschedule appointments to ensure the safety of both our clients and staff. 1. Rescheduling: We will work with you to reschedule your appointment to the next available time slot that is convenient for you, once conditions improve and it is safe to travel. 3. Cancellation Fees Waived: We understand that circumstances may be beyond your control during inclement weather.
