Cancellation Policy

Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be accommodated, and the full session fee will be charged. Rescheduling Policy: - Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. - We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply. Inclement Weather Policy: At Effervescent Life, your safety and well-being are our top priorities. In the event of severe weather conditions, such as heavy snowfall or hazardous road conditions, we may need to reschedule appointments to ensure the safety of both our clients and staff. 1. Notification: If we decide to close or adjust our schedule due to inclement weather, we will notify affected clients as soon as possible via email, SMS, or phone call using the contact information provided during booking. 2. Rescheduling: We will work with you to reschedule your appointment to the next available time slot that is convenient for you, once conditions improve and it is safe to travel. 3. Cancellation Fees Waived: We understand that circumstances may be beyond your control during inclement weather. Therefore, any cancellation fees for rescheduling due to weather-related reasons will be waived. By booking a session with us, you agree to adhere to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
